background,significance,relevant theories about industrial upgrading,the connotation of industrial upgrading and related content.The second part by henan statistical yearbook,related websites,such as national property data,analyzes the present situation of manufacturing industry in henan province by stages,it is concluded that the manufacturing industry in henan province is still at the low end of the global value chain link to the fact.High pollution,low output,and labor-intensive industries still account for a high proportion.Chapter on the third part through the analysis of present situation of manufacturing industry in henan province,is a list of possible related factors that affects the upgrading of manufacturing industry in henan province,mainly including technology innovation,research and development funding,senior human capital,market structure and financing structure,the five aspects,and puts forward five assumptions,namely it is concluded that the influence of above factors were following conclusions: technology innovation,research and development funding,r&d investment,market structure,financing structure of the government investment ratio are significantly influence the manufacturing industry in henan province industrial upgrading,in addition to the proportion of government funds financing structure of manufacturing industry in henan province is negative,the influence of the rest of the variables effect is positive.Effects on industrial upgrading of r&d input is superior to the patent application number,patent number effects on the industrial upgrading is better than that of r&d investment,and the effect of the new product sales income is minimal.The lower the concentration of industry,the better the industrial upgrading.Based on the analysis results,the fifth part of conclusion: to pay attention to technology innovation,attention to talent introduction and training,increase the capital investment on technology innovation,and increase the
