Research On The Assessment Of YJLZ Company's Performance

YJLZ company, state-owned and affiliated to YT Limited liability company, has laid a solid foundation after its twenty-year development. However, in recent years, with the heavier pressure from the economic downturn, as well as hug e competition among this industry, especially when the pulp market has been weak for a long time, the development of YJLZ company faces a lot of difficulties at present.This research,focusing on the assessm ent of YJLZ company's performance, is aimed at an assessm ent system to assess the performances of the whole com pany, departments, workshops, team s and groups reasonably and effectively. This dissertation, firstly, describes the background,intention, an d method of this research and the theory of performance assessment. Then, it studies on the assessment of YJLZ company's performance comprehensively with KPI key indicator method and analyzes the problems faced by YJLZ com pany and th eir corresponding reasons. Moreover, based on the development situation of YJLZ company and its strategic development goal, it proposes an assessment system for the performances of YJLZ company which place equal importance between responsibility and right, from the following aspects: assessment structure, assessment principle, assessment period and requirem ent, assessment procedure, the set of KPI performance evaluation index, assessment method, the implementation of assessment plan, assessment feedback and im provement. This practice is intended to make income more linked with performance to further improve the enthusiasm of all staff, enhancing the efficiency of the company's whole operation. It also hopes to get out of the trouble in such difficult time characterized by weak market and intense competition, laying a solid foundation for realizing the development plan in 13 th Five-Year.In this research, we put forward the probl em first, then analyze the problem and solve the problem in the last. It creativel y adopts KPI key indicator m ethod to give pertinent suggestions to YJLZ company.
