Industry sw itch power supply has ar oused the extens ive att ent ion of the public due to the high eff iciency and have been developed rapidly t o br ight the enormous economy benef its.Wit h the policy support,the China Industry has becom e m ore and mor e strong and power supply dem ands ar e spr inging up.On the ot her hand,the hot compet it ion among the vendors has led to the huge pressure.XI HUA Company has been creat ed to sell t he for eign power supply product andthe company need a mar ket ing strategy to guide the developm ent.Base on the invest igat ion of the market demand,collect ion the indus try infor mat ion,analys is ofthe customer's requir em ent,applic at ion of the market ing theory,the researcher summarized a series of strategy/policy/act ions for XIHUA ?s marketing development.The art ic le was divided int o thr ee parts.The f irst part is r elated the research of t he market ing theory inc luding 4Ps theory(pr oduct,pr ice,place,pr omot ion),Industry product promot ion theory and CRM(Cust omer Relat ion Management)theory.The second part study the industry backgroun d,the customer's requir es and t he com pet it ion inform at ion,then establis hed the product pos it ioning.The last part is about t he str ategy's combinat ion and how to execute them.The differentiat ion strategy is key way.In the article,the target market segment of the railway transportation,wind power supply,and automatic control systems have been chosen.In order to suit the different situation of the segment,The researcher has made the different strategy about portfolio,price,promotion channel.For example,pull in the more product line to meet the customer needs;make the price book more flexible;enhance to supply the added service;develop the self-owned brand;and so on.For making sure the strategy have been executed effectively,the measures have been adopt ed,like developing t he sales team,making the staff mot ivat ion and performance appraisal,improving sale process,planning the sale budget and so on.With the efforts mentioned above,The researcher believed that the perfect performance would be achieved by XIHUA TECH COMPANY?...
