Inventory is one of the most important current assets of a company.The inventory management directly affects the level of corporate assets occupation and the efficiency of asset operation.If the companies want to maintain a high level of profitability and high quality cash flow,they need to pay more attention to inventory management.The company can improve inventory turnover rate by designing good inventory management methods,and optimizing the internal processes and system,which ultimately improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper chooses the A company's inventory management as the research object.Through the study of A company's inventory management status,to find out the problems of inventory management,and give some advices on the inventory management improvement.A company is an online sales of glasses Internet Co,mainly exported to the United States,Canada,Australia and Europe,etc.The company has a wide range of optical products,about 1200 SKU.But the classification of good is not clear,the classification and forecast of products are not consisted with the customers' need.The comes to the result that some good sellers don't have enough inventory,oppositely,some slow sellers have a lot of inventory but can't be sold well.Unreasonable inventory classification is due to the procurement process design is not clear,sales forecast is not accurate,which causes a lot of obstacles to inventory management.In addition,the lack of management technology,the management of information technology is backward,the lack of internal control system are the main factors affecting inventory management.This paper will do know the company's inventory,business operation and marketing forecast,product details through interviews and check the relevant data.Through the research,we got to know the problems of the company: some goods sold very well which exceed the actual demand of customer,which leads the goods out of stock,the slow sellers can't be sold well finally occupied the company's cash flow and warehouse.To find the reason,by using interviews with main departments,to find the problems of each process,the purpose is to give the advice on inventory management improvement and to achieve the purpose of improving inventory management research,by studying ABC inventory classification method in-depth comparative,EOQ model and random batch model,finally puts forward some suggestions for improvement of the A company inventory.Do research on using random batch model in A company,and put forward the improvement measures on the sales forecast,and build a ERP information platform.This paper firstly studies the related concepts and related theoretical knowledge,and read the related literature local and abroad,then do deep analysis,and further do research on A company status of inventory and sales situation,and the research of A company inventory management of the status quo,problems and causes,problems and causes in detailed analysis,find out the cause and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions after.Through my suggestions,to the inventory management of A company and effective guidance,and improve the corresponding funds and optimize the whole supply chain,and all aspects of the market,the product,the factory's production capacity has played a good supporting role.Therefore,this paper has strong practical significance.I also hope that through the study of this paper,it can be a good reference and guidance for other enterprises of the same type.I divided the thesis to four aspects: the first one is introduction,this introduces the background of research and its significance,and literature analysis,understand the relevant theories and research results,and are introduced in this chapter,the research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation of A company's inventory management.This chapter gives a comprehensive introduction to the various aspects of inventory management of A company and A company.In the third chapter,the author makes a deep analysis on the problems of inventory management of A company to understand the causes of the problems.In the fourth chapter,after a comprehensive understanding of A company and A company inventory management problems and related reasons,corresponding to a series of improvement measures.Thus,the A company inventory management to a certain degree of improvement.
