With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the internal and external environment of the organization is becoming more and more complicated,and the leaders have put forward higher requirements.Since the transformational leadership was put forward,it has been widely concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.At present,the study of the effectiveness of transformational leadership behavior has mushroomed,and the research on the influence of transformational leadership on organizational performance has also achieved some results.However,due to the fact that scholars in the past are based on different research situations and research samples,the conclusions of the study on the relationship between the two are conflicting,and the meta-analysis is aimed at the phenomenon of common research but the conclusion is inconsistent method..Based on this,this paper uses the method of meta-analysis to study the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance.Based on the important literature database at home and abroad,the relevant empirical research literature is taken as the object of study.By collecting and processing the sample literature,obtaining large sample data,the use of meta-analysis software CMA2.0 analysis of the data to further clarify the close relationship between transformational leadership behavior and organizational performance,to provide more accurate research direction for the follow-up researchers,But also for the management of the leaders how to improve organizational performance in the fierce competition in the market can be invincible to provide the appropriate suggestions and ideas.This paper adopts the meta-analysis research methods to explore the overall effect of transformational leadership behavior and organizational performance at the same time,the type of performance,the cultural differences between the East and the West,the size of the organization,the intermediary variables to adjust,further up out of the depth and breadth to explore the change of certain factors of degree of correlation between transformational leadership and organizational performance.The research results show that transformational leadership behavior has a significant positive effect on organizational performance,the type of performance,the cultural differences between the East and the West,the size of the organization,mediating variables can significantly regulate the relationship between the two,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how the transformational leadership can change the organizational performance through the factor-oriented change behavior.
