With the rapid development of economic and Internet information technology,e-commerce as a new trade model has embarked on a path of rapid development,and as a "new economy",it has become a new driving force for the development and progress of traditional economy.Many traditional enterprises With the opening of online sales trading websites,e-commerce has been infiltrated by the urban economy into the rural economy.It has swept all the way and has made great strides.It has become an important trading method.In recent years,domestic e-commerce companies have developed rapidly and have grown rapidly in size.Leading companies that survived have been listed at home and abroad.However,when collecting their public financial information and analyzing them,it is found that there are not many companies that can achieve sustainable profitability under such favorable conditions.In particular,the rapid development of traditional online retailing has slowed down to the present day,and the e-commerce sector is pregnant with new changes.E-commerce companies face changes in the environment and the existence of their own problems,and their profit models also need to be adjusted or even transformed.At present,the research on e-commerce profit model from the research results,mainly limited to the theoretical level,and generally lags behind the practice,there is not much breakthrough in the guidance of practice.E-commerce relies on the high speed of Internet information technology updating and development,and it develops very quickly.The theory of guiding practice needs to keep pace with it and continuously research deeply the problems existing in the rapid development of various types of e-commerce enterprises.This article relies on the existing theoretical basis of e-commerce and profitability models combined with the actual development of the current e-commerce,with one of the leading companies in China's B2 C e-commerce-Jingdong as an example.Through research,we obtained a profit model at the current stage,and conducted a detailed comparative analysis of its operational effects,obtained the existing problems,and put forward relevant recommendations,which provided reference for other similar enterprises.The structure of this paper is as follows: 1.The related research background of the article is elaborated.2.Overview of the theoretical basis of e-commerce.3.Explain the current development situation of Jingdong,and analyze in detail the evolution of its strategy and the evolution and characteristics of its profit model.4.Through the comparative analysis of Jingdong,Alibaba and Amazon in related financial indicators,we found that Jingdong profit model has problems.5.Analyze the reasons for the problems in Jingdong profit model.6.Put forward optimization suggestions for Jingdong profit model.7.Summary and outlook.
