Research On The Relationship Of Shaanxi High-tech Industrial Agglomeration And Technological Innovation Capacity

As a geographical phenomenon in the process of industrial evolvement, high-tech industrial agglomeration is prevalently found in the economic development process. The aggregation behavior of high-tech industry can bring to agglomerate effect, symbiotic effect, synergetic effect, regional effect, structural effect and many other advantages, it also has a significant impact on the improvement of industrial technological innovation capability.This paper selected the high technology industry in shaanxi province as the research object to analyze the relationship of high-tech industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capability. First, on the basis of reviewing the theories of high-technology industrial agglomeration and technological innovation, this paper defined some relevant definitions, at the same time, analyzed the relationship between the high-technology industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capability, and built the technological innovation system of high-tech industrial agglomeration, and then analyzed the operation mechanism and the dynamic mechanism of the system. After theoretical analysis, this paper used the empirical analysis to make the overall evaluation of the relationship between high-tech industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capacity of Shaanxi Province, first, through the location quotient, this paper calculated concentration degree of high technology industry in shaanxi province, and then used factor analysis method to measure technology innovation capability of the high technology industry in shaanxi province, and then, through the correlation test and regression analysis, showed the relationship of high-tech industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capability. At the end of the paper, through the analysis of technological innovation capability of the Xi'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the paper explored some policies and measures to improve the technological innovation capability of Shaanxi province high-tech industrial agglomeration.The results showed that Shaanxi Province high-tech industrial agglomeration and technology innovation capability has a positive correlation, innovation investment in human resources is an Important factor for technological innovation of high-tech industrial agglomeration; investment expenditures is an important guarantee for technological innovation of high-tech industrial agglomeration; production equipment investment is an important foundation for technological innovation of high-tech industrial agglomeration; technological innovation outputs is an important manifestation for technological innovation of the high-tech industrial agglomeration; and technological innovation external environment is an important support for technological innovation of high-tech industrial agglomeration. From Indicators of technological innovation capability of high-tech industrial agglomeration, the paper found that degree of high-tech industrial agglomeration in Shaanxi Province is not high, the brain drain is serious, market share of high-tech products is low, Combination for production and learning is not close. Thus the development of Shaanxi Province high-tech industrial agglomeration technological innovation should start with these aspects, so that make technological innovation capability further improved.
