The Application Of BSC In A Rural Commercial Bank Performance Management

The background of China's rural commercial bank is relatively special,its existence is for the sake of the central organization of our country to be able to control rural credit cooperatives,reducing the management risk which may exist in the process of planning.In recent years,with the enlargement of the financial system reform in our country,and acceleration of the pace of reform,China's rural banks have completed a rapid development,but also facing more brutal market reform and challenges.Rural commercial banks not only face the competition from China's five major joint-stock Banks,along with the strength of the foreign capital banks competition.How to grasp business opportunities better in the market-oriented economic system,to improve themselves,rural commercial banks not only need provide more diversified financial services,but also improve rural commercial bank strict objectively inline performance appraisal system,creating a set from top to bottom,the combination of horizontal and vertical and scientific performance appraisal system,improving speed of response to the financial trade,making a solider mechanism system,getting better results in an impregnable position in the banking industry.Based on the status of China's commercial banks above,this thesis take the rural commercial banks of China as the research object,specifically illustrating the performance management of rural commercial bank,from the perspective of the balanced scorecard to improve our country rural commercial bank performance evaluation index.Taking A rural commercial bank as an example,using questionnaire and expert interview methods,expert scoring method to determine the all levels of the corresponding weight of indicators,the final purpose is to establish a more comprehensive rural commercial bank performance evaluation index system for A bank,to make some references for China's rural commercial banks.
