With the deepening of the reform of the banking industry in China,the market-oriented degree of banking industry is accelerating.The financial licence of the bank begins to open to private enterprises,the original financial licence control was broken,more and more joint-stock banks,private banks and foreign banks begin to emerge,making our commercial banks face increasingly fierce market competition environment.How to survive and develop in the fierce market environment is a problem that every bank must think about.If commercial banks want to achieve production and sustainable development,human resources are their indispensable core competitiveness.Through an effective performance appraisal system,commercial banks can give full play to the advantages of human resources of banks,and provide guarantee for them to gain competitive advantages in the fierce market environmentThis article consists of six chapters.Chapter One is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of this research,and reviews the current situation of performance appraisal of commercial banks at home and abroad.The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories.The related concepts of performance appraisal and two performance appraisal methods used in this paper are elaborated.The third Chapter is the analysis of the current situation and problems of performance appraisal in the A sub-branch of HS bank.By clarifying the current situation of performance appraisal of A sub-branch,we find the existing problems,and make adequate preparations for the design of the next optimization scheme of performance appraisal system of A sub-branch.The fourth chapter is the optimization design of performance appraisal system in the A sub-branch of HS Bank,which mainly includes the objectives and principles of the optimization of the performance appraisal system of A sub-branch,staff post analysis,performance appraisal index optimization and the implementation process of performance appraisal system optimization.The fifth chapter is the implementation safeguard measures of the performance appraisal optimization scheme in A sub-branch of HS Bank.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of the paper.This paper takes the Staff Performance Appraisal System in A sub-branch of HS Ban as the research object,and the current situation and existing problems of Staff Performance Appraisal System in A sub-branch of HS Bank is studied by using the methods of literature research,case study and questionnaire survey.The purpose of the study is to put forward the optimization and improvement plan for the problems existing in the performance appraisal of A sub-branch.A more perfect and effective performance appraisal system for employees is designed by using the Balanced Scorecard and the key performance method.It can make the performance appraisal system of A sub-branch of HS Bank more scientific,rational and stimulating in order to improve the work enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the employees of A sub-branch.Their customer service awareness and service level are improved,and it lays the foundation for the business development and sustainable development of A sub-branch.
