Research On EPC Project Benefit Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise Based On BIM

With the development of the construction industry in our country,the EPC model which integrates design,purchase and construction becomes more and more recognized.However,although the model has made remarkable achievements in organizational integration,there are still problems in project communication,and the model still has great influence on project construction.As the building information model,the advantages of BIM in project information communication are self-evident.The combination of BIM and EPC will also become a trend.But how to evaluate the effect of BIM on EPC project is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently.It is also the key to accelerating BIM promotion and evaluating the maturity of BIM application for EPC projects.Based on the application of BIM in EPC project,and according to the characteristics and benefit evaluation of EPC and BIM technology theory,this paper mainly does the following research:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of our country's EPC management model,and points out the main existing problems.It integrates the BIM technology into each stage of EPC project,and analyses its value.(2)Based on the benefit factors of applying BIM to EPC project,and after preliminary construction and screening optimization,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of BIM project based on EPC,and defines the connotation and characteristics of each index.(3)Using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establishes the benefit evaluation model of EPC project of construction enterprise based on BIM.AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index,and then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluates the benefit.Finally establishing benefit evaluation model.(4)In combination with specific cases,this paper uses the established BIM based construction enterprise EPC project benefit evaluation index system and benefit evaluation model for case analysis.And it verifies the applicability of the model built in this paper.This paper puts forward the benefit evaluation method of construction enterprise EPC project with BIM,and it provides evidence for measuring the application of BIM for the construction enterprises.Through the application of BIM technology,it solves the two problems of information loss and reasonable cross barrier in the design,procurement and construction stage of EPC project,and it realizes the exchange and sharing of engineering data information.
