Xunyi County,which lies to the middle of Shaanxi Province adjacent to the border of Gansu Province,is a mountainous and state-level poverty-stricken county.Relying on the development of coal resources in recent years,the county economic have little improvement,But after the financial crisis,Domestic and international economic development slowed down,Overcapacity,coal economic development suffered difficulties,Xunyi county economic development potential facing the situation.Xunyi excellent ecological environment and rich tourism resources,as the development of tourism industry to promote the transformation of the county one of the important ways.With the rich tourism resources,the tourism industry has become one of the pillar industries of the county,but because of the relatively remote location,relatively low social-economic conditions and other factors,the development of tourism there are still many problems to be resolved.The Overall tourism is the National Tourism Administration officially put forward in 2016,is the tourism industry as the dominant industry,through the regional economic and social resources,especially tourism resources,related industries,ecological environment,public services,physical mechanism,policies and regulations,Comprehensive and systematic optimization and upgrading,to achieve the organic integration of regional resources,industrial integration and development,social co-construction and sharing,to promote tourism and economic development to promote urban and rural integration of a new regional development concept and model.Therefore,based on the new concept of comprehension tourism,Xunyi County tourism development research to enhance the level of development of county tourism,promote the county economy and social development is necessary.Based on the current social background of mass tourism and universal tourism,this paper first analyzes and analyzes the basic theory and development model of overall tourism and tourism development.Secondly,the basic situation of Xunyi County,the characteristics of tourism resources,the present situation and existing problems of tourism resources development are studied,and the feasibility of developing tourism in Xunyi is analyzed.And then further clarifies the development goals,spatial positioning and tourism image of Xunyi overall tourism.Based on the overall tourism perspective,this paper makes an innovative analysis of the tourism resources of Xunyi County,and carries on the resource classification from the four perspectives of ecology,humanities,industry and society And the evaluation,to determine the development of the four plate-driven development of space development layout,from the landscape optimization,industrial integration,urban and rural construction,service promotion,marketing promotion four aspects of the overall tourism perspective of tourism resources development strategy,and finally to ensure that Xunyi overall tourism Can be developed smoothly,put forward to promote Xunyi overall tourism support and security policy.
