Study On The Establishment Of Poverty Evaluation Index System Based On Geographical Condition Monitoring

Poverty is one of the contradictions which urgently needs to be eliminated in today's society,and the evaluation of poverty is a crucial step in tackling poverty.In view of the complexity and particularity of poverty,the strategy of multi-dimensional analysis is adopted instead of the single income as the evaluation criterion.In this paper,poverty is divided into three dimensions:natural,economic and social.Establishing different induces and calculating the weight by analytic hierarchy process.In the past,the traditional research is mostly from the results,it is difficult to solve the repetition and regional nature of poverty.In view of this feature,this paper which based on geographic conditions monitoring data analyzes the fundamental mechanism of poverty and constructs dynamic monitoring of poverty.By means of space grid technology,taking group level area as basic evaluation unit.Combined with spatial buffer analysis for the score calculation method to evaluate poverty,better real-time grasp of poverty changes.To get the grade and the specific score of the poverty index by model calculus,we choose Liquan County,Xianyang,Shaanxi which is quite different from the internal geographical conditions as an experimental sample.Compared with the field survey results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Geography national cconditions monitoring data cover the poverty factors in the construction of the evaluation system comprehensively,and benefited from the current geographic information it provides,can guarantee the evaluation result with dynamic characteristics with the development of things.(2)The feasibility and validity of the evaluation system which can provide forward-looking decision and policy support for precision poverty alleviation are verified.(3)Within a certain range,the influence of the natural dimension of different evaluation units will not have a big difference,but the economic dimension and social dimension have significant differences.(4)The concentration degree of economic resources and social resources is often more uniform,which is reflected in the economic dimension scores and social dimension scores tend to change the degree of synchronization.
