The Simulation Of Industrial Cluster Innovation Network Activity

In the globalization of economic development,industrial cluster has become an important feature of world economic development,and it is a pillar of national economic growth and social progress Industrial clusters can not only promote the economic development,but also drive the cluster innovation promoting through the cluster innovation network,innovation is the direct driving force of cluster development.Cluster enterprise could enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises and form the ability of sustainable development only through the innovation activities.Therefore,it is particularly important for industrial cluster innovation network and evaluation research,caused the domestic and foreign experts of great interest and in-depth research.But in general,most scholars focus solely on the static properties of the cluster innovation network,lacking of industrial clusters innovation ability based on network transmission efficiency and effectiveness of clear explanation and definition,and the research of its evaluation are mostly from different types or several network structure characteristics of the integrated influence.It is an important research task to solve the problem of cluster enterprises met in the process of innovation,continue to delve into industrial cluster innovation network.First of all,from the research background and significance of the industrial cluster,innovation network and other aspects of the research status,on the basis of reviewing the related literature and theory,the author puts forward the concept of cluster innovation network activity and the connotation,pointed out that the cluster innovation network activity is a measure of cluster innovation network in the overall level of innovation and innovation diffusion index.Secondly,based on the complex network theory,put forward two dimensional evaluation model of the cluster innovation network activity,from the innovation and diffusion of these two key elements of cluster innovation network activity,summed up the cluster innovation network activity of endogenous factors mainly including network structure,research and development ability,absorptive capacity,transfer of intention,the strength of relationship,mutual understanding and spillover effects.Again,based on process perspective,analyzed the industrial cluster innovation network innovation process and innovation diffusion process,established cluster innovation network activity model,and use of matlab simulation.Results show that the change of the cluster innovation network activity influence of nodal enterprises of the cluster innovation diffusion and innovation ability,and active role in innovation network,average path length is negatively related to the innovation network activity,cluster coefficient and the center of activity positive correlation with innovation network.Finally,as the Zhong Guancun electronic information industry cluster an example,by collecting the related data of Zhong Guancun electronic information industry cluster innovation network and its structure,characterization and analysis of previous proposed innovation network activity influence factor model verification,points out the existing problems and put forward the complete activation cluster innovation network activity of policy recommendations.
