Research On The Evaluation Of Industrial Cluster Innovation Network Activity Based On Complex Network

Nowadays,with the globalization of economic development and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress,industrial clusters have become an important feature of world economic development.Industrial clusters can not only promote the continuous strength of cluster enterprises through the promotion of cluster innovation ability,but also promote the development of regional economy.However,industrial clusters are facing new challenges in the environment of rapid economic development and increasingly fierce competition.Enterprises in clusters must innovate if they want to gain competitive advantages.In the process of allocating and integrating innovation resources to strengthen innovation activities,the innovation network of industrial clusters shows strong competitive advantages.Based on the complex network theory,this paper evaluates the activity of industrial cluster innovation network with cluster innovation network as the object,with a view to contributing to the upgrading of industrial clusters.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the research status of industrial clusters,complex networks and innovation networks of industrial clusters at home and abroad.On the basis of combing and integrating relevant theoretical literature,the concept of innovation network activity of industrial clusters is given.It shows that the innovation network activity of industrial clusters is an important factor affecting the innovation capability of innovation networks of industrial clusters.Secondly,based on the complex network theory,the evaluation system of innovation network activity of industrial clusters is constructed,and the evaluation model of innovation network activity of industrial clusters is proposed.Starting from the structural characteristics of complex networks,the influencing factors of cluster innovation network activity are summarized.Finally,in the zhongguancun electronic information industry cluster,yongkang hardware industry cluster and xinji leather industry cluster as an example,based on the three structural characteristics of industrial cluster innovation network,using PROMETHEE evaluation method based on cloud model to calculate the three industrial cluster innovation network activity,evaluates the innovation activity of three industrial clusters,and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the innovation network activity of industrial clusters based on the evaluation results.Complex competition and cooperation among enterprises in industrial clusters have continuously promoted the development of regional economy in China.Correct analysis and evaluation of the activity of innovation network in industrial clusters have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the innovation level of enterprises and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of regions.
