At present,the new generation of employees has gradually become the main force in the workplace,they not only show the workplace vibrant creative spirit,but also because of its "good" personality and behavior to challenge the existing rules and management."13th Five-Year" plan explicitly proposes Deep Grow development advantages and both inclusive development,it advocates to build a strong foundation for the development of the growth process into a full of vigour,sets forth the development of China the next five years will be full of vigor and vitality,will contain type of development is to make every citizen can benefit and life policy.Therefore,when the concept of "inclusive development" was officially presented at the Boao forum for Asia in 2011,the circles of theory and practice is keenly aware of "inclusive leadership" may be "inclusive" conflict,effective means to stimulate the creativity of the new generation of employees.Due to the complexity and subtlety of employee creativity management,it is necessary to explore the internal mechanism of inclusive leadership on the creativity of new generation employees in Chinese cultural context.Inclusive leadership can make employees feel the real meaning of work,so as to promote employee self-efficacy,when employees at work has made some achievements and has a certain influence at work,the work autonomy will significantly improve.At the same time,inclusive leadership emphasizes psychological empowerment,is the essence of inclusive multi mechanism of permutation and combination style into dimensions and psychological empowerment in leadership,when employees feel inclusive style of leadership,psychological empowerment significantly improve the level,so as to stimulate the creativity of employees.Therefore,the research on the new generation of employees as the research object,based on self-determination theory,the inclusive leadership,psychological empowerment and employee creativity into mechanism research model,through theoretical deduction,based on the survey,of 500 different enterprises of the new generation of employees conducted a questionnaire survey and research methods by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,empirical analysis on 376 valid questionnaires,the final validation of the mechanism of inclusive leadership for the new generation of employees' creativity,the conclusions are as follows: first,the new generation of male employees creativity was significantly stronger than women;second,inclusive leadership style can significantly enhance the new generation employee creativity;third,inclusive leadership style can significantly enhance the new generation of employees psychological empowerment;psychological empowerment and fourth.Each dimension(the meaning of work,job autonomy,self-efficacy and influence)can significantly enhance the new generation of employees' creativity;fifth,psychological empowerment in the work significance dimension,job autonomy dimension and the dimension of self efficacy plays an intermediary role between inclusive leadership and the new generation of employees creativity relationship.However,there is no mediating effect between the above two dimensions.Finally,the author based on the research conclusions,suggestions of local enterprises in themanagement practice in the future,the use of inclusive leadership style to treat subordinates,when employees perceive leaders inclusive,psychological empowerment levels will be significantly improved,so as to arouse their creativity,to create more benefits for enterprises.
