Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force to stabilize China's economic growth,and is the necessary condition to realize the upgrading of the industrial structure.Internet companies need to constantly innovate to adapt to the changes of the times.The new generation of employees who have a keen insight into new things have gradually grown into the main force of innovation activities in enterprises.Promoting innovative behavior of employees has become the focus of contemporary leadership research.With the coming of knowledge economy,the traditional leadership style is gradually transformed into the inclusive leadership style.How to improve the internal innovation environment of the organization,change the leadership style,so as to stimulate the innovative behavior of the new generation of employees is the focus of this article.Based on the theory of self-determination and the interaction between human beings and the environment,this study established a research model of inclusive leadership and employee innovation behavior through literature analysis,and introduced psychological authorization and initiative personality as intermediary variables and adjustment variables.Internet companies in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and other places issued 400 questionnaires,and eventually obtained 351 valid data.The data are analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software to test the research assumptions.The main contents of the research are as follows: First,the data are analyzed by factors,and the scale can accurately verify the research content,and it has good validity and reliability;Secondly,it proves the relationship between inclusive leadership,psychological empowerment,initiative personality and innovative behavior.The research shows that inclusive leadership is positively related to employee innovation behavior and psychological empowerment,psychological empowerment is positively related to employee innovation behavior,and initiative personality is positively related to employee innovation behavior.Finally,regression analysis of the data is carried out,and the mediating effect of psychological authorization and the regulating effect of active personality are examined.The results show that psychological empowerment plays a completely mediative role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees 'innovative behavior,and initiative personality plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees' innovative behavior.The initiative personality plays a negative role in the relationship between psychological authorization and employee innovation behavior.The conclusion of the study has some guidance for improving the positive impact of leadership inclusiveness on employee innovation in management practice.Inclusive leadership influences employees 'creative behavior by influencing the degree of perceived psychological empowerment.At the same time,the initiative personality can regulate the influence of inclusive leadership on innovation behavior.Employees with high initiative personality are better able to resist the pressure of the negative environment,and employees with low initiative personality are more likely to be influenced by inclusive leadership.Therefore,enterprises should classify and manage employees according to different personality traits,and focus on low initiative personality groups;Strengthen the psychological construction of employees and enhance their psychological empowerment perception;Change the leadership style,optimize the inclusive organizational atmosphere,eliminate the circle culture,and enhance the sense of belonging of employees.
