Under the ?Public entrepreneurship,innovation‘ background,entrepreneurship has become an important choice for many enterprises in our country,and the enterprise level of entrepreneurship is also subject to academic attention.For start-ups,how to improve entrepreneurial performance is a hot topic,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the business community.Entrepreneurial orientation is essentially a kind of growth strategy oriented by enterprises,which has an important impetus to the pursuit of good performance.On the basis of the existing research,this paper introduces the entrepreneurial orientation variables,and actively explores the role of entrepreneurial orientation in the rel ationship between executive compensation incentive and entrepreneurial performance,in order to grasp the practical significance and theoretical value of the research.The paper analyzes the relationship between executive compensation,entrepreneurial orie ntation and entrepreneurial performance,and further explores the mechanism of executive pay incentive to entrepreneurial performance.First of all,it defines the concept of executive pay,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance,and combs the relationship between them through literature analysis.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,it puts forward the different assumptions of the relationship between executive compensation,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial pe rformance,and also focuses on the hypothesis of entrepreneurial orientation between executive compensation and entrepreneurial performance.Thirdly,taking the listed companies from 2011 to 2015 as the research sample,the model of mixed panel regression was established,and the empirical data were used to verify the effect of executive compensation incentive on the entrepreneurial performance of enterprises and the path or mechanism between them.The results of empirical research show that there is a significant positive correlation between executive monetary compensation,equity pay and salary gap and entrepreneurial performance.There is a significant positive correlation between executive money remuneration,equity pay and salary gap and entrepreneurial orientation.Entrepreneurship-oriented monetary remuneration,The relationship between salary gap and entrepreneurial performance is established.At the same time,entrepreneurial orientation also adjusts the relationship between executive currency remuneration,equity pay and entrepreneurial performance,but the adjustment effect on the relationship between salary gap and entrepreneurial performance is not established.These conclusions on the strategic management of entrepreneurial enterprises have the following inspiration: to optimize the executive pay contract to enhance the level of corporate governance within the enterprise;vigorously cultivate entrepreneurial spirit,to create entrepreneurial executives;actively cultivate entrepreneurial orientati on,and actively promote innovation and entrepreneurship activities;Effective risk learning,avoidance mechanisms to ensure that entrepreneurial orientation is translated into good organizational performance.The paper takes the company's entrepreneur as the research topic,tries to use the executive compensation as the starting point of the research,uses the second-hand data to explore its mechanism for the entrepreneurial performance of the company,and draws some important conclusions,which also with many existing scholars Conclusion is consistent.In short,the paper enriches the micro-mechanism of executive compensation incentive to the impact of corporate performance,expands the perspective of current business theory research,and provides theoretical reference for enterprises to design entrepreneurial-oriented pay contracts.
