With the accelerated upgrading of Internet and the rapid progress of technology, especially the development of big data, cloud computing and so on, the competition environment is becoming increasingly fierce and product life cycle shortens constantly, and enterprises who only devoted themself to exploratory innovation or exploitative innovation always caught in a failure or success trap. So how to build strategic flexibility through ambidexterity innovation to respond to the changing market or technology environment is an important challenge for the current enterprises. A large number of studies have shown the positive effects of dynamic capabilities on the exploration innovation and exploitative innovation, but there is little discussion about its impact on the balance and combination of them. Therefore, to discuss how enterprises' dynamic capabilities effect the balance and combination ambidexterity innovation is contribute to enterprises give full play to the important role of dynamic capabilities in ambidexterity innovation and help enterprises obtain sustainable competitive advantage on the one hand. On the other hand, it can also provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to cultivate appropriate dynamic capabilities according to the aim of ambidexterity innovation.Based on the existing research framework of the effects of dynamic capabilities on enterprises' exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, this study is to discuss its effects on the balance and joint of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Besides,the study is to bring the organizational equilibrium theory into strategic orientation, let strategic orientation equilibrium as an mediator, and then explore the mediation effect of strategic orientation equilibrium on the relationship between dynamic capability ambidexterity innovation. First, the study consulted and made up related literature at home and abroad, and divided dynamic capability into three dimensions of sensing opportunity ability, capturing opportunity ability and reconfiguration ability. Secondly, according to the different characteristics of the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities, the study discussed their influences on the balance and joint of ambidexterity innovation respectively, and then introduced strategic orientation equilibrium as the mediators in the article for researching the intermediary role in the relationship of three dimensions of dynamic capabilities and the balance and joint of ambidexterity innovation, which aimed at putting forward relevant hypothesis. Finally, the study adopted the dynamic capability-strategic orientation equilibrium-ambidexterity innovation analysis framework, with 311 Chinese enterprises as the research object, used SPSS as an data analysis tool, employed multiple regression analysis to examine the intermediary role of strategic orientation equilibrium in the relationship of three dimensions of dynamic capabilities and the balance and joint of ambidexterity innovation. The main conclusions are:(1) Each dimension of dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on the balance and joint of ambidexterity innovation. Sensing opportunity ability can provide a comprehensive information environment for enhancing the balance and joint of ambidexterity innovation,capturing opportunity ability can draw support from organizational learning and integration behavior within the enterprise, and reconfiguration ability can promote the flexibility of resources and flexible allocation of resources, all of which can make the enterprise will not keep the blance between exploration innovation-exploitation innovation due to the scarcity of resources, and thus make the two play synergies.(2) Market-technology orientation matching equalization plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between each dimension of dynamic capability and the balance of ambidexterity innovation. Sensing opportunity ability can gain rich market and technology knowledge from the outside, capturing opportunity ability can absorb and integrate them into the enterprise's market and technical activities, and reconfiguration ability can use flexibly and update the knowledge to meet the technology and market demand, which ultimately can promote the smooth realization of the balanced development of enterprise market orientation and technology orientation. Market-technology orientation can promote the the balanced development of exploration innovation-exploitation innovation through the opposite effect on them.(3) Market-technology orientation joint equalization plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between each dimension of dynamic capability and the joint of ambidexterity innovation. The dimensions of dynamic capabilities can provide more space for complementary role of market orientation and technology orientation through knowledge acquisition,absorption, integration, application and renewal. Implementing market orientation can provide direction for enterprises to develope technology, and implementing technology orientation can provide support for market development,which can further promote exploration innovation and exploitation innovation to play their complementary effect.
