Research On Optimization And Dependability Of Joint Inventory Management In Construction Projects

At present,many enterprises still adopt the traditional inventory management mode in the construction industry.There are many problems because of this traditional inventory management mode,such as low management level,frequent procurement,high cost,the quality of the material does not affect the quality of the project,the material supply does not affect the progress of the project in time,excessive use of materials and so on.Therefore,the modern inventory management philosophy is urgently need to manage it.This article studies the optimization and credibility of the construction project inventory management to make the modern inventory concept applied to the construction industry management system and to improve the management level and dependability of the inventory system.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on the research status at home and abroad about inventory management and its current management model in construction industry.This paper analyzes the existing achievements of inventory management at home and abroad,and the characteristics of inventory management in the construction industry with reference to the actual situation,summarizes the existing problems of inventory management,to lays the foundation for the in-depth study of the paper.(2)Research on the application of joint inventory management model in the construction industry.According to the characteristics of the construction project and the characteristics of its inventory management,this paper analyzes the current inventory management model in the construction industry,discusses the model suitable for the inventory management of the construction industry,analysis the operation mode and the work flow of the joint inventory management mode,and give the advantages ofapplying this inventory models.The paper compares the cost of the joint inventory management system of the construction project and the cost of the traditional inventory management model in terms of stabilizing demand and destabilizing demand to prove the advantages of the joint inventory management in terms of cost.(3)Establishment the credibility index of inventory management of construction project.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the dependability of the construction project inventory system,establishes the dependability attributes and the index system of joint inventory management model of building project inventory management system combined with the existing research results,and references other criteria and the principle for the establishment of standards.(4)Research on the dependability analysis of construction project inventory management under joint inventory management.Based on the credibility measure,the comprehensive evaluation model of the dependability of the construction project joint inventory management system is established on the basis of the dependability index of inventory management.The introduction of modern inventory management concept will promote the development of the construction industry,and improve market competitiveness with minimal cost and efficient completion of construction projects.
