A Study On The Overseas Warehouse Developmental Problem Of Cross-border Electricity Supplier Logistics Based On The Theory Of Shared Economy

Since 2013,China's cross-border e-commerce has entered a period of rapid development,and the total volume of transactions has been maintained a continuous growth rate for more than 20 percent for several years.However,along with the rapid development of China's cross-border e-commerce,some problems appear in cross-border logistics,such as high cost,inconvenient transport,long delivery time and difficulty of exchange and return products,which seriously restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce.The traditional way of cross-border logistics is difficult to solve these problems.Then a new cross-border logistics model – the overseas warehouse came into being.The cross-border e-commerce sellers use overseas warehouse,can shorten the transportation and delivery cycle,improve profit margins,expand sales category,which properly solve the problem of products exchange and return for consumers.It enhances buyers satisfaction,reconstruct the shopping experience for consumers,but also forced domestic enterprises to establish a real service consciousness,brand consciousness,quality consciousness and customer-oriented consciousness,to optimize the entire cross-border e-commerce industry upgrade.Of course,overseas warehouse brings convenience,but also brings new challenges.First of all,many products are stored in overseas warehouses,and there will inevitably be problems of overstock.Secondly,it puts forward higher requirements for localization service for overseas warehouse service providers.Finally,overseas warehouse construction,in other countries,is bound to require enterprises to recruit a number of high-level composite talents who familiar with China and foreign laws,languages,taxations,customs and other cross-border e-commerce knowledge.This paper firstly by sharing economic theory leads to sharing logistics,then discusses its concept,form and development,and then from analyzes the relationship between sharing economy and overseas warehouse in three angles,from overseas warehouse operation process,the momentum of sharing economic development and the relationship between sharing logistics concept and overseas warehouse,followed by a thorough analysis on the causes of overseas warehouse develop issues.Finally,bring forward comments and suggestions on these issues from the macro and micro aspects.On the macro level,build overseas warehouse alliance,conduct resources integration,and realize the sharing of information.On the micro level,promote multilateral cooperation,share "unsalable inventory",propose business combination,to jointly promote the construction of localization of overseas warehouse,share localization results.Advocate the cooperation of the enterprise and industry,to cultivate the high-quality talents,in the way to better solve overseas warehouse problems in the process of development.
