Research On The Construction Of Overseas Storage Of Cross-border In China

In recent years,the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has attracted the attention of China.The government has also issued a series of policy documents to support the development of cross-border e-commerce.More and more companies and consumers are investing in the development of cross-border e-commerce.However,despite the cross-border e-commerce development rapidly,the development of cross-border logistics in China is still unable to meet the development needs of cross-border e-commerce.Cross-border logistics is restricted by various factors,such as restrictions on the type of goods,and the low degree of informatization,cross-border e-commerce companies and logistics inconsistent cooperation and other factors,resulting in the slow development of cross-border logistics in China,generated great influence on the further development of cross-border e-commerce.The slow development of cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce will hinder each other's development.This can easily lead to a vicious circle.Therefore,new logistics models are needed to coordinate the development of cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce.In order to resolve these contradictions,overseas warehouses have emerged as a new type of logistics model and have been favored by cross-border e-commerce companies and logistics.Although overseas warehouses can solve most of the problems of cross-border e-commerce companies and cross-border logistics,the development of overseas warehouses in China has also encountered many difficulties,such as the high operating costs of overseas warehouse construction,low technical level,and incomplete cross-border logistics policies and so on,hindered the further development of overseas warehouses.This paper introduced the development status of cross-border e-commerce industry and cross-border e-commerce logistics,and described the background of the birth of overseas warehouses.Based on the existing data and existing research results,the advantages and disadvantages of the development and development of overseas warehouses are analyzed in this paper.At present,China's overseas warehouse construction mainly has three main modes: the seller's self-built mode,the one-stop supporting service mode,and the third-party cooperation mode.According to the construction mode of different characteristics,the author enumerates three different types of overseas warehouse representative companies to explain in detail thecharacteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different overseas warehouse construction models,which can explain the positions held by overseas warehouse companies of different models in detail and the reasons behind it.At the same time,this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the main influencing factors of overseas warehouse construction in China.In terms of index selection,on the one hand,it analyzes the development status of China's overseas warehouses and compares the selection factors of different overseas warehouse construction models.On the other hand,it concludes that there are existing research results on the factors affecting overseas warehouse construction.Seven first-level indicators and 18second-level indicators were selected.The author designed expert scoring tables which were used to collect the calculation data.An empirical analysis was made on the main influencing factors of overseas warehouse construction in China.After summarizing the data,the empirical results show that logistics costs,enterprise characteristics,and technical level have the most significant impact on the construction of overseas warehouses in China.In the course of the study,the author discovered that there are many problems in the construction of cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses in China,such as the high cost of overseas warehouses,low technical level,and low customer satisfaction.Finally,combining the major factors affecting the construction of overseas warehouses and the problems existing in the construction of overseas warehouses in China,the author put forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations from both the corporate and government perspectives.It is expected that cross-border e-commerce enterprises and cross-border logistics can develop in coordination.It could solve the problems of overseas warehouse development and strengthen overseas warehouse construction.
