With the development of society is speeding up,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce and cruel,establishment,between enterprises and the replacement of the destruction has become increasingly frequent,want to survive in such a competitive environment,enterprises must have a strong core competitiveness.Modern enterprise competition from the original market share of the simple market competition,has become the whole supply chain,all-round competition.In the fierce market competition,procurement activities are very important to the competitiveness of enterprises.Only by purchasing management well can enterprises reduce costs and improve quality so as to provide strong support for competition in the sales market.According to the theory and practice of the thought,starting from the JD company’s procurement work,combined with the management theory of knowledge learned from MBA JD,the company’s overall operating conditions and summarized by the SWOT analysis,according to this model and put forward constructive suggestions on the development of the company,has the actual significance to the company’s procurement management.This paper first introduces the general situation of JD company,analyzed by PEST JD’s external ring purchase environment,for the company’s competitive environment analysis using Potter’s five forces model,and conduct internal analysis by the company’s overall situation,material procurement,procurement funds and internal procurement positions,company SWOT analysis from the strengthsweaknesses opportunities and threats that the company has four aspects,business model,location advantage and management software advantages,while facing the material procurement management plan,organization,leadership and control weaknesses,due to changes in policy and market,the company is facing the social development opportunities and to raise the threshold to bring the opportunity,also facing policy intervention,shrinking demand and cost increase the threat.According to the principle of SWOT matrix analysis,determine the strategic principle of the strategic combination of the four factors,put forward the "give full play to the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities for development and improvement to reduce the danger of" thought,the main embodiment for the use of advantage to reduce the purchasing cost;the use of operating experience,innovative procurement management;adhere to the people-oriented,play advantage;conform to social development,making "Internet plus" strategy;to mobilize the resources of the "multi dimension" financing,through improving the comprehensive strategic implementation of procurement management,enhance the ability of JD company.Finally,the paper puts forward four strategic safeguard measures,which are synergy within the industry,establishment of resource inspection mechanism,establishment of supplier management mechanism,transformation of original ideas and reduction of inventory cost.
