Research On China's Natural Gas Industry Competitiveness Based On The Low-carbon Economy

In the background of global low-carbon economic development,the world regarded natural gas as the preferred global clean energy,and are committed to the development of the natural gas industry.In order to accommodate the situation of low-carbon development,China is also active in the development of the natural gas industry.In the face of fierce competition in the international gas market,continuously to improve the competitiveness of the industry is necessary to protect China's natural gas industry to foothold in the international market.In a background of low-carbon economy,under the guidance of industrial competitiveness theory,based on the present situation of natural gas at home and abroad,constrcut a development evaluation index system to evaluate competition of natural gas industry in different countries under a low-carbon economy,by the combination of gray correlation coefficients and contingency coefficient quantitative methods analyse quantitatively index system.As is showed,China's natural gas industry in general is less competitive,low-carbon economic development in our country's natural gas industry not only brings challenges but also a rare opportunity to compare;our external economic environment is suitable for the development of the current natural gas industry;the development potential is also great;but there are deficiencies in the real competition,low-carbon development and business management.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the author puts up with the following solutions:Expansion of the natural gas market access efforts,increase gas storage building;the importance of natural gas exploration and development technology research and development,accelerate the development of unconventional gas;strategic planning to develop natural gas development,and create a favorable external environment;to accelerate the development of low-carbon technologies,building a low-carbon industry chain;increaseinvestment in the natural gas industry,improving natural gas ratio;build gas management legal system,improve government regulation;promoting gas price reform,building a competitive market pricing mechanism,providing a reference in order to enhance the overall strength of China's natural gas industry.
