CHINA RESOURCES BANK OF ZHUHAI CO.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as China Resources Bank)is a commercial bank in Zhuhai City,years of operation makes the bank's business scope unceasingly expanding,its internal IT departments can't meet the needs of its banking business development,and it chooses to outsource its IT projects to achieve better business development.However,outsourcing projects need consider many risk factors,such as different ability of outsourcing providers,and their business strength,solution,maintenance service level,implementation capacity and product price are uneven.Therefore,how to choose a good supplier is the bank's mainly problem to be solved.This paper takes China Resources Bank IT outsourcing supplier selection as the main content,first introduces the research background and the domestic and international IT project outsourcing and supplier selection research status,analyzes China Resources Bank IT project outsourcing status,find that there are many shortages in its IT project outsourcing supplier selection.Such as the lack of outsourcing supplier selection index system,theoretical support,and supplier selection standard is not scientific.To solve these problems,this paper uses AHP method,combines qualitative and quantitative method.Score according to five indexes,including supplier's ability,solution,implementation ability,product quotation and maintenance service.Based on the final score,we can get the outsourcing supplier selection results.This paper introduces a practical project(China Resources Bank Code Anti-fake System)to illustrate the application of analytic hierarchy process.It helps Code Anti-fake project find the most appropriate supplier,and the results shows that the supplier not only completes the project ahead of time but also establishes long-term cooperative relationship with China Resources Bank,achieves win-win result.The outsourcing supplier selection index system and selection criteria presents in this paper helps China Resources Bank choose optimal supplier,at the same time provides certain reference for outsourcing suppliers to improve their service level and gain competitive advantage.
