The Research On Supplier Evaluation System Of TI Outsourcing Project

With the reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a rapid development stage,a lot of multinational companies come in and occupy the China market,at the same time also bring a lot of advanced western management thoughts,"outsourcing" is one of them.Many enterprises have adopted the means of outsourcing to achieve the purpose of reducing operating costs,enhancing service levels and expanding their core competitiveness.The key core is focus the company's main resource and energy to the core business,transfer the non-core business to go out,with the help of a professional third party to achieve efficient allocation of resources,play to the role of the enterprise limited resources,speed up the reaction of the enterprise external environment ability,strengthen the organization's flexibility and agility,thus enhances the enterprise competitive advantage,improve the competitive level of the enterprise.On behalf of above,this paper,in accordance with the relevant domestic and foreign outsourcing project,on the basis of the related management system,make a system analysis of the actual situation for TI outsourcing project,establish the project outsourcing supplier evaluation index system,it not only provides the reference for TI on outsourcing suppliers,but also gives a useful reference for other industry company.First of all,this paper summarizes the research theories and achievements of outsourcing projects both internal and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of TI outsourcing project management,and explores the problems.Thirdly,according to the former research results,combines with the actual situation of enterprises and the problems faced by the company,and current project outsourcing supplier management system,through the use of experts to establish the corresponding evaluation index system and interview method,builds evaluation elements as follows: seven work quality,work ability,work attitude,safety management,quality of service,project the quality of the products and project management skills.Fourthly,defines the specific scoring and ordering of each supplier project by using AHP.Finally,analyzes the application scope and specific suggestions of the evaluation results.
