The Barge Company Based On The Shipping Company Chose To Evaluate

The shipping industry is in the winter.The main contradiction between shipping companies and barge companies is the inconsistency between the bulk and the batch of the repo job at two sides.In reality,shipping companies require barge companies to carry out small batches of multi-batch repo job in order to flexibly mobilizing containers,while the barge companies want finish it at large quantities of small batches.Since barge companies are in direct contact with shippers / freight forwarders,the choice of barge companies is important for the steady development of shipping companies.This paper studies evaluation on the selection of barge company by ship company in depth.First,it analyzes the relationship and functions between the shipping company,the barge company and the owner or Freight forwarders,and constructs the relationship and function diagram of the three: the shipping company manages the barge company and the barge company to provide cargo shipments from the regional wharf to the port of export for the owner / freight forwarding.The shipping company provides maritime transport to the owner /freight forwarder,the owner / freight forwarding fee paid to the shipping company and the shipping company monthly form of payment of the corresponding service charges to the barge company;studies the export process of the goods,thus constructs the flow chart of the export of goods and analyzes its existence risks of.And then analyzed the status of the company selected barge company,and based on the status quo proposed a two-step solution: an optimization of the number of barge companies.A mathematical model of nonlinear integer programming with weights,risks and cost is established.The mathematical model of nonlinear integer programming is used to solve the problem.The second step is selecting the appropriate barge company under defining the number of barge companies.Based on the interview,the relationship between the three functions,the export flow chart and the existence risk,barge company’s influencing factors,we build a hierarchical analysis of the shipping companies to barge company evaluation index system.Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used evaluation methods and thecharacteristics of the bargaining system,the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method was used to evaluate the barge company.Finally,the above evaluation system and method are used to analyze the case to prove its practicability.
