Since the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange had been set up, our stock market have been developed more than 10years. The listed companies have became important strength of the national economy. But in the recent years, many listed companies have serious problems on the management, that reduce investors' profits, and is not favorable for the development of stock market. How to evaluate the listed companies performance correctly, objectively, fairly, become a very interesting topic. And the aim of this articles, that is on the basis of theoretical basis and practice result of performance evaluation in the home and abroad, study indicator and method of our listed companies performance evaluation. This article divides into six chapters, basic structure as follows: The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the concept of performance evaluation. The present study status performance evaluation, and proposed the article research content. The second chapter is the performance evaluation' theory evolution and the development, study wolf method, Dupont analyzes the system, EVA, the balanced score card, place carried on the analysis to EVA and the strategic balance idea branch customs station innovation. The third chapter is performance evaluation research and the limitation of our country' listed companies, summarizes our country existing achievement appraisal system, points out the universal existence three aspects limitations. The fourth chapter set up indicator system of our country's listed companies, based financial factor and the non-financial factor, design appraisal target. The fifth chapter discuss the achievement appraisal method, studied the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method in the performance evaluation, and construct mathematical model, carried on the design using the analytic hierarchy process to run the target weight, and use fuzzy evaluation method run the achievement the synthesis appraisal, combine data conducts the research. The last chapter summarized the innovations and insufficiencies of this article, and point out the conception of research in future.
