Increasing global competition for human resources management put forward higher requirements,how to optimize the allocation of human resources and the development of what kind of employment strategy have become the current research hotspots.The international talent market competition is also increasingly intense,requiring talent with a high overall quality,many companies adopt a flexible employment strategy,so as to better meet the complex and adaptable business practices.Electrification strategy is divided into labor elasticity strategy and enterprise elasticity strategy.In this paper,it is the labor elasticity strategy.In the new economic situation,companies are paying more and more attention to the flexibility strategy,the past employment model will be no small challenge,which makes the past employment model had to shift to flexible employment model.T Company as a high-tech enterprise engaged in integrated communications services,enterprises in the management,operation,innovation,supply and marketing channels,partners,and so has a significant advantage.On the advantages of the T to a comprehensive,in-depth study,can fully understand the enterprise's market competitiveness and business development.Enterprises to build a very sound,scientific and effective human resources management mechanism developed various aspects of the system to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees,such as recruitment system,training system,pay system,performance management system,promotion system,resource allocation system.Many factors make enterprises have to use flexible employment model,such as the mobility of talent is too high,the macroeconomic changes,the intensification of market competition,social responsibility and so on.In the process of using the flexible employment model also appeared in a lot of problems,such as the mobility of talent becomes higher,the loyalty of talent becomes lower,the trust between employees decreased,lack of enterprise innovation,corporate business leaks and so on.Enterprises in the use of flexible employment model must be combined with their actual situation;positive and robust use of flexible work model,and with the long-term strategic planning to adapt to the enterprise;enterprises to effectively coordinate the relationship between formal and flexible personnel;Provide a comprehensive safeguards mechanism.Enterprises in the actual operation process must make full use of various types of flexible strategies,such as time,pay,quantity,function,responsibility,performance,management and other flexible strategies,making human resources management to play its due role to help enterprises to enhance market competition And promote the sustainable and rapid development of enterprises.
