As an important tool between organizational learning and individual learning,Team learning is very useful in improving team performance for team managers,especially in small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurial organizations.In this paper,we study the relationship between team learning and team performance by using a questionnaire method in some Shenzhen enterprises,so that managers can use this tool better to improve team efficiency in actual production.This paper first indicates the importance of the research according to the case of P Company,then use the literature review method to review the concept of team learning,and sort out the progress of research in team learning model and the relationship between team learning and team performance.On the basis of previous theoretical research,this paper constructs a model based on an information perspective,including information generation,information flow and information usage,and the gives the corresponding research hypothesis and the design of questionnaire.Then,this paper analyzes the data of in the questionnaire by factor analysis and regression analysis to determine the effect of team learning on team performance.Analysis result verifies the validity of the conceptual model,and ranks the six subfactors of team learning in order of importance.According to that we know the first priority of team learning is to focus on the implementation capacity,and then to strengthen the efficiency,finally to pursue innovation.According to the Difference Analysis on actual situation,this paper gives a suggestion for P Company to improve its team learning ability.That suggestion plays an important role in P Company's further work.At the end of this paper,the limitations and shortcomings of this study are pointed out,and the future research direction is also discussed.
