Study On The Cost Management Of Human Resource Of Software Enterprise

In the modern enterprise,especially for software enterprise,the human resources will become the most important resource.The software enterprises have a feature of a large number of high-quality human resources,they are the special groups that use of knowledge and make it increment.The competitiveness of enterprises is from the competition on the evolution of physical capital to the competitiveness of human resources.The human resource cost is the important part in enterprise.Meanwhile,the human resource cost reflected all devotions of enterprise to worker directly,is the worker 's economic benefit.There are several contents in this paper as following sections.The first part is introduction part that introduces the research background and significance,human resources cost control in foreign and domestic and the major work and content of research.The next part is to introduce the theory of human resource and human resource cost?the character of human resources and the organization of human resources cost for software enterprise.The third part is to analyze the status and the problems in management of human resources cost management,according the cost of acquisition,the cost of development,the cost of use and protection,the cost of turnover and replacement.The fourth part is thinking about the important issues in management basic on the problem.This paper concludes that enterprise should be built the enterprise human resources cost structure in line with the enterprise base on the actual situation,divide the human resource cost,fixed cost and variable cost,three level assessment,manage the human resources cost effectively.Finally,the inadequacy of this research is put forward in the summary of the paper,and I come up with the directions and suggestions for further research.
