Pig breeding is an important branch of agricultural economy.Its development must take economic resources,natural resources and environmental protection into consideration.The process and direction of intensive development to the scale in the industry,due to the pursuit of maximum economic benefit,from farming project preliminary planning without application of energy saving technology,coupled with the majority of large and medium-sized pig farms located in the suburb of the city and have a large demand for the crowd,rough handling of animal manure is a serious threat to the ecological environment of the project location,more harm to the health of the residents.These problems,such as waste of resources and environmental pollution,have seriously restricted the development of pig breeding industry and even become the bottleneck of the adjustment and development of agricultural economic structure in china.Aiming at the above problems,choosing Guangshui pig breeding project as the research object of analysis,starting from the current situation and development trend of market supply and demand,combined with the construction of the project,operation and management,introduce and implement the energy saving ideas and technology,in-depth analysis of the culture building homes building materials,energy saving and environmental protection of the water supply project operation manure resource utilization and other aspects of the economic and social benefits.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Investigation of the current situation of supply of pork products at home and abroad,the research includes the competition level of live pigs,pork production quantity,the private capital in the pig farming industry and the development of the industry scale;based on the analysis of research data and summary and forecast to the domestic and foreign market supply and demand,it is necessary and practical the construction of standardized,intensive aquaculture projects,the importance of energy saving and environmental protection technology into clear in the process of project construction.2.Choosing Guangshui pig breeding project as the research object of analysis,from the farm site construction conditions,breeding houses basic requirements,equipment,building up steel structure design,construction and other detailed engineering technical requirements were summarized in the application of energy-saving technique essentials.3.Livestock and poultry manure harmless treatment and resource utilization of agricultural circular economy development as the basis,clear objectives,environmental engineering construction of the project,analysis of energy consumption of construction project in the content,summed up the main forms of energy consumption and energy saving measures.4.To estimate the social and economic benefits of the project from the main economic and technical indicators and capital investment,the energy consumption is the focus of funding the project in the application of energy-saving technology,make further analysis of financial and economic evaluation.5.The use of SAP in the early stage of the project plan,budget,construction schedule and the use of funds and other stages throughout the follow-up,ensure the schedule and quality of construction projects,from information management,schedule control and other aspects of financial management for the implementation of energy saving and environmental protection technology to provide data supporting.
