With the rapid development of China's agriculture into the stage of industrialization and scale, pig breeding industry environmental pollution has become the main source of agricultural non-point source pollution in china. In this regard, China's annual issued document No. Many Rural Livestock environmental pollution prevention and control work as a priority among priorities. Hunan is the province of pig farming in China, pig breeding industry is one of the most important source of income of farmers. But undeniable is, these years the rapid growth of the rural economy in Hunan Province in a large extent is established in the "high carbon economy" based on, to environmental resources in exchange for the cost, so pig farming, environmental pollution problems become the key issues affecting the Hunan rural economy sustainable development. In this paper, based on the theory of soil apparent nutrient balance, a variety of research methods were used to sort out the environmental status of pig breeding industry in Hunan. At the same time, the paper also uses the environmental Kuznets curve, the gray correlation analysis method to carry on the thorough research to the carbon emission influence factor. The results show:?In recent years, Hunan Province, the load of farmland has been high, the environmental situation is not optimistic. Among them, nine cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, has exceeded maximum loading range of cultivated land, the pollution degree has reached grade VI, environmental situation is grim; Changde, Yiyang environmental load alarm value is v alarm; Huaihua and Zhangjiajie alarm value belongs to IV level; only Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of alarm value below 1.0; ?Hunan pig breeding industry during the sample is in line with environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis is presented between the level of its economic and environmental pollution "inverted U-shaped" relationship. Where pig farming carbon emissions Changsha and Xiangtan and curve fitting of farmers per capita net income was "positive U-shaped"; the remaining six carbon emissions hog the main producing areas and rural per capita net income has emerged as "positive N-type "curve relationship.?The relationship between per capita carbon emission amount of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province and Hunan Province pig slaughter, animal husbandry output value and the total agricultural output value has shown a positive correlation, and the technical level of the rural labor force show negative correlation.
