| With the flourishing development of tourism industry,traditional travel modes cannot satisfy the public's various travel demands any more.It is urgent for tourism industry to launch a revolution.Under the great background of new” Innovative,Coordinate,Green,Open and Shared by all ” development concepts put forward in the Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,“Global Tourism”,this representative fresh tourism concept has emerged at the right moment.As the leader of domestic private enterprises,in order to reflect “Global Tourism” and “Tourism Plus” better,Wanda Group has responded to the new concept positively,emphasized on the act to provide tourism products and services which include transportation,shelter,food,tour,shopping and entertainment.As a world-class regional tourism project,and one of the tourism projects invested with the largest amout,Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort has been developed and invested 23 billion yuan by six eminent corporations headed by Wanda Group.Since the resort's construction,it has aroused widespread concerns.Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort is located in Songjianghe town,Fusong county,Jilin province,covering an area of approximately 30 square kilometers.It has been divided into southern and northern parts.In the northern district,there is the tourism service center,used as the new administration center of Fusong,which is Fusong's government's location,together with other institutions and sites,such as schools and hospitals and so on.In the southern district,there is the international tourist resort,including resort small town,a group of upscale resort hotels,ski resort,golf course and as well as water park set up in recent 2016.This paper outlines connotative definition between resort and international resort,interprets the concepts of tourism and global tourism.It also summarizes and analyzes the domestic and abroad current research situation regarding global tourism.Combining with the specific situations of Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort,this article points out the main problems of Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort,analyzes deeply as well.Taking advantage of SWOT theories,this text illuminates external opportunities like numerous supports,market demands and development chances of resorts faced by Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort.It also realized various external threats,such as fierce competition from home and overseas,how to maintain coordinate and sustainable development between ecology and economy.Of course,this resort possesses powerful internal location and brand strengths.Similarly,it has the high-class,high consumption,lack of talents and transportation weaknesses.This thesis expects that it is able to put forward scientific and effective countermeasures and rational suggestions by means of analyzing the existing construction issues on global tourism concerning Wanda White Mountain International Tourist Resort.These issues can be described as imperfection of infrastructure construction,and narrowness of customer market.In order to realize this goal,it needs to take effective measures,that is,expanding tourist programs,magnifying characteristics,as well as strengthening publicity,enlarging markets and innovating management,forming resultant force and so on.In the end,it is desirable to witness that these theories may play a key role in local economic development.In a similar way,they are useful to promote the development of Wanda group positively,as well as is meaningful and significant for reference to the construction of other global tourism resorts!... |
