Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Migrant Workers-returned Entrepreneurship In Jilin

As China's macroeconomic situation and changes in employment structure,migrant workers return home entrepreneurship is becoming a craze.The employment problem of entrepreneurial behavior of returning migrant workers can not only solve the rural surplus labor force can also improve their level of income.Jilin province is a major agricultural province,migrant workers are more,the corresponding numbers of migrant workers return,so Jilin has a typical.The research area of Jilin Province,selected four migrant workers in Fusong County,Hunchun City,Shulan City,Wangqing County as the research object,visited by obtaining data from the interviews,for migrant workers,migrant workers entrepreneurship concept,elaborates the types.Secondly,the specific content of migrant workers in Jilin Province,the size of the enterprise,income,the basic plight of migrant workers to return to the general situation of entrepreneurship.With the analysis of the causes of Jilin province from two aspects of migrant workers entrepreneurship factors and external environment of migrant workers personal influence;based on the GEM model theory and the "push and pull" theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,influence factors of entrepreneurial model of migrant workers in Jilin province to build "the influence of external environment factors,influence people internal factors of migrant workers" return.By using the literature analysis as the premise,and the individual internal aspects of age and education;make the assumption that the external factors of the government financial support,entrepreneurship policy,government entrepreneurial projects,regional infrastructure,entrepreneurship education and training in rural areas,local entrepreneurial culture,entrepreneurial culture,working in the market environment and other factors,by using correlation analysis.Regression analysis for quantitative analysis of influence factors of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship method;through quantitative analysis on the external factors of financial support,government policy,government entrepreneurship entrepreneurial projects,regional infrastructure,entrepreneurship education and training in rural areas,local entrepreneurial culture,entrepreneurial work culture,market conditions and other factors.Finally,on the basis of determining the influencing factors,Put forward to strengthen the financial support services,efforts to strengthen migrant workers entrepreneurship Park,base construction,strengthen the business culture propaganda and guidance,establish and improve the “business risk sharing mechanism” to promote Jilin province of migrant workers entrepreneurship countermeasures.
