Reaserch On The Economic And Ecological Performance Of Photovoltaic Industry In Jiangxi Province Based On The Cap-and-Trade System

With the rapid development of the global economy,more and more serious problems are coming,such as climate warming.Therefore,ecological development is the challenge that every country must be faced.In January 22,2016,the national development and reform commission issued "on the proper notice" to set up a national carbon emissions trading market and put into use in 2017.The Cap-and-Trade System is playing an important role in China.Owing to its unique characteristics of safety and environmental protection and no pollution,photovoltaic(PV)industry is gradually coming into the golden stage both in our country and in other countries in the world.This dissertation focuses on the design of carbon management model for PV enterprises in order to realize the unification of the economic benefits and ecological benefits based on the Cap-and-Trade System.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:First of all,based on the ecological industry,to photovoltaic enterprises as the background,analysis and in-depth understanding of the photovoltaic industry in Jiangxi Province ecological economic development.Then,from the aspects of the import and export trade to analyze the development of photovoltaic industry in Jiangxi province.For the main body of this paper to make a bedding?Next,based on the actual research,combined with the environment for the development of photovoltaic industry in Jiangxi Province,we selected two photovoltaic enterprises,establish the evaluation index system of grey finance,based on the grey dynamic model of financial evaluation,the paper calculates the correlation coefficient between the financial situation of the two companies in the first quarter of 2011 and the fourth quarter of 2016.Furthermore,building the photovoltaic enterprise ecological performance evaluation model,and to the ecological performance of Jiangxi province two key PV enterprises are analyzed,find out the existing ecological problems in the development of photovoltaic industry.Finally,based on the Cap-And-Trade System,and design the carbon management model for the government and photovoltaic enterprises put forward the strategic path for the sustainable development of PV industry.
