Research On Photovoltaic Industry Development Based On Ecological Values

The thesis focuses on the energy and environmental issues, analyzes the history,current status and the pollution of solar energy industry. This thesis also compares theencouraging policy and green manufacture policy in developed countries, and appliesDEA model to assess the technical and scale efficiency of ten enterprise. The works inthe thesis have been summarized as follows:This thesis describes the background and importance of solar energy industry, andintroduces how to assess the economy, environmental, social impacts and real demandsbased on the environmental economy, and analyzes why the green manufacture isnecessary.The thesis introduces the development history of global and Chinese solar energyindustry, summarizes the current status of Chinese solar energy industry, analyze thereason of the current dilemma, i.e. excess capacity and the US/EU objection. We alsosummarize the encouraging policy of our government facing dilemma. The thesis alsolists the possible pollutions in manufacture, usage. Therefore, in order to maintain thesustainable development of solar energy industry, we not only chase the economy return,but also pay more attention to environmental and social benefits.The thesis also lists the industry policy of oversea countries, such as Japan, Germanand US, and our countries. We analyze the allowance policy in Japan, the electricityprice in German and the state policy in US. We also take the industry policy of JiangSu,HeBei and Qinghai for an example, and we also analyze different guidance andselection of policy.This thesis employs the data envelopment analysis to analyze ten enterprise,summarized the data in2012and2013. The technical/scale efficiency, and the requiredchange for optimal benefits have been calculated. Some useful experience and hints areobtained by using these results.This thesis employs SWOT approach to analyze the status of Hefei, and obtains thesuperiority, inferiority, threaten of Hefei’s solar energy industry. Finally, combined quantitative and qualitative analysis, we propose the policy for Hefei solar energy greenindustry.
