Study On Tourism Development Mechanism And Path Of Resource-Exhausted City Transformation

Resource-based cities are Single-type industrial structure relying on the special city resources.Once Resource development exhausted,Resource-based cities are also stuck in predicament of the economic and social development.Resource-exhausted cities are facing a major choice of city transformation.As a special type of cities in China,the transformation of resource-exhausted cities directly affects the economic structure of the city,relating to the national economy and people's livelihood and the future of the city,and then received wide attention of scholars from different background.Resource-exhausted cities have no choice but to transform to avoid resource curse.In the background of leisure consumption,the tourism industry become one of the important transformation path of resource-exhausted cities development,in Which shows potential vitality because of its own peculiar industry characteristic.However,the resource-exhausted city has been blocked by the traditional black industry image,which has caused some inhibition to the development of tourism industry.Therefore,the analysis of the tourism development mechanism and path of resource-exhausted cities transformation meet the demand of city's development,and it has important practical significance to realizing the sustainable development of city transformation.Based on the theory of sustainable development and industry life cycle theory,applying literature analysis method,taking typical cases of domestic and foreign of resource-exhausted cities transformation as a breakthrough point for experience summary,put forward the dynamic factors of resource-exhausted cities transformation.From the case of resource-exhausted cities transformation of domestic and foreign and the dynamic factors,we can found that the tourism industry playing a powerful role in promoting the process of resource-exhausted cities transformation.Then Tongchuan was taken as a case study,choosing composite model of city transformation,on the basis of extending the industrial chain then foster emergingindustries.Thus this article further analyzes the basic conditions of tourism industry in Tongchuan transformation development,from general situation,development dilemma,industrial structure and the trend of the tourism industry,deducing the development of the tourism industry is one of the path of Tongchuan city transformation.In empirical research,pointing out basic task and breakthrough direction,combing benefit evaluation of tourism industry,in the base of dynamic factors of resource-exhausted cities transformation,researching the endogenous factors and exogenous motivation factors in the process of Tongchuan city transformation,furthermore the interaction of internal and external constituting the tourism development dynamic mechanism model.Finally,from tourism products,tourism planning,tourism marketing proposed the tourism development path of Tongchuan city transformation,in order to enhance the influence of urban tourism industry,to create "colorful Tongchuan" cultural brand.
