Research On Transformation And Development Of YZQ Resource Exhausted Cities

Resource-exhausted cities are rapidly developed through the exploitation of resources,and most of them are based on traditional single industries such as smelting and extractive industries.In recent years,most of the resourceful industries were at a decline stage,at the same time,emerging industries and alternative industries have not yet formed.Therefore,the traditional single industrial structure have been accumulated prominently deep-seated contradictions and problems,such as a single industrial structure,resource dependence,local financial pressure,serious contamination ecological environment,etc.The process of industrial transformation and promotion is arduous and difficult.Therefore,based on location and resource advantages,adapt to local conditions,respond positively to national policies,and rationally select the model of resource-exhausted urban industrial restructuring,which is the most important task in the industrial transformation and promotion of resource-exhausted cities.Firstly,the related concepts and theories of the transformation and development of resource-exhausted cities and the current situation of development at home and abroad are systematically combed.Secondly,through the analysis and comparison of the data of the economic and social development of YZQ in recent years,the main problems of YZQ in the transformation and development of resource-exhausted cities are found out.By using SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of YZQ resource-exhausted cities are obtained.Then,a case study on the transformation and upgrading of resource-exhausted cities at home and abroad is carried out,and the experiences and Enlightenments for the transformation and development of YZQ are summarized.The overall thinking,emphasis and development mode of the exhibition have formulated safeguards for accelerating transformation and development.The conclusions of this study can provide important reference for YZQ decision makers to formulate planning and policies for the transformation of resource-exhausted cities,and can also provide reference for other resource-exhausted cities in China.
