As we all know,the valve industry as an important part of machinery manufacturing industry,in the national economic development,plays a very important role.With the continuous deepening of the good investment environment and infrastructure policies of China in recent years,domestic valve industry market has got new opportunities for development with a sustained growth,in the increasingly fierce competition of the domestic and foreign valve manufacturers,the enterprises must continue to improve and reduce the cost,in order to compete for talent showing itself in the market.As a valve manufacturer with a hundred years of experience,A corporation must keep continuing to make progress to ensure its industry position and market share.AJump improvement is a improvement system that A corporation issued based on the theory of Japanese TOYOTA JIT,with combining with their many years’ management experience and unique corporate culture,which is operable and applicable to the corporation’s own.This article first introduces the background of the topic,and the historical development of the core theory JIT of AJump improvement.Meanwhile,it gives a brief introduction to the development and current situation of the domestic and foreign production improvement,elaborates the content and structure of this article.Secondly,it gives a detailed introduction about the AJump improvement theory,analyzes the three elements of AJump improvement,which includes JIT production method,autonomation and Balanced production,and at the same time,states the specific steps of AJump in detail.Then,it briefly introduces the object of this study,which is the current situation of A company’s motor production line belonging to A corporation,collects and cleans up the data using the method of AJump improvement,summaries and analyzes the problems on the production line,and then improves the aspects of 6S,production layout,operation method,engineering ability and so on.At the same time,tracking confirm of the effect of improvement is done.Finally,it assesses the effect of this improvement project,states the hope that AJump improvement method and thought is a set of practical and systematic improvement method,so it can be a reference for the same type of production enterprises.
