| In recent years,our country vigorously promote the construction of social information,and it provides a broad development space for IT enterprises,but at the same time the competition between IT enterprises has also intensified.IT industry is a high human capital industry,the heart of management is people.Therefore,how to establish a scientific human resource management system and training process to cultivate talents and retain talents,enhance the core competitiveness,ensure the sustainable development is a very important the problem.Dalian QLZL Company has made some innovations in human resource management since its establishment,but there are still many problems in training management.This paper accords three cases and human resource management theory to analyze the problems and propose solutions.The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction of Dalian QLZL Company and an objective description of the three cases;secondly,based on HR management theory and several training models,analyzing the reason of cases;finally,suggesting measures solutions and measures for the problem.The purpose is to establish a comprehensive and scientific training process.This paper aims at helping Dalian QLZL Company to improve the training process management by a series of improvement measures,solving the problems in the work of training.In the end it is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference for other IT companies. |
