With the rapid development of smartphone,the traditional digital camera market is shrinking.N com pany is a m ajor supplier of precision optical com ponents,the customer is the digital camera manufacturers,with the digital camera market downturn in recent years,N company is confronted with the problem of r educed orders,performance growth,enterprise transfor mation etc.In such a com plex situation,N companies need to optim ize marketing strategies,marketing decisions,m arketing strategy is the survival and development of enterprises need to be seriously addressed.The research on the marketing strate gy of N com pany,using the method of literature research and induction.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of this topic,the theoretical basis,the research methods,content and ideas,and so on.Secondly,the author introduces the general situation and operating conditions of N com pany,and sum marizes the current situation of N com pany in product,price,channel and prom otion.After that,the author us es the PEST macro environment analysis model to analyze the macro environment of the company,Potter used the five forces model to analy ze the com petitive environment faced by the company,after using SWOT analysis to N company's external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses in a comprehensive analysis.Lay the foundation for targeted marketing solutions.Based on the above analysis,combined with N company's current operating conditions,resource distribution,etc.,the development of N company marketing strategy.In term s of products,get rid of excessive dependence on the production of digital cam era parts,to open up new areas;in term s of price,a m ore flexible pricing strategy,big da ta analysis of pricing;in the channel,play electronic commerce and network channel advantage;in the promotion strategy,according to market demand,adopt a variety of promotional tools.These strategies are put forward,hoping to have som e reference value.Fina lly,this article from the organizational security,hardware security,personnel security and corporate culture to protect the four aspects of the implementation of N marketing strategy in the protection measures.
