Study On The Development Of Cultural Tourism In Tianshui Under The Background Of Silk Road Economic Belt Construction

As an important strategy for the implementation of regional coordinated development in China,the Silk Road Economic Belt was first proposed by the Xi Jinping as General Secretary when visited Central Asian countries.It involves many areas of resources,transportation,tourism,cultures,sciences and technologies,so it is known as the most promising economic and cultural corridor in the world and made the urgency of the economic and cultural integration of the development more prominent.As a kind of comprehensive tourism activities which can make the visitors participate in the experience and absorb the rich cultural connotation of the tourist area,cultural tourism has strong industrial relevance and cultural extension significance,which is an important carrier to boost the economic development of the Silk Road Economic Belt.From the perspective of economic development,the development of cultural tourism is an important means to promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt;from the perspective of cultural exchange,cultural tourism development is a sustainable green development means,which can popularize the classic tourism culture,specialty products,fine food on the basis of the rapid development of the economy.Tianshui is located in the remote northwestern region of China,because of some factors,such as the low level of economic development,the industrial policy support is not enough,lack of investment in environmental protection,the unbalanced development of cultural tourism has become a common social phenomenon in Tianshui.Therefore,under the vigorous implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Tianshui firmly grasp this historical opportunity to vigorously develop the tourism industry,especially the integration of culture and tourism development,to lead the industry first,and always maintained a sustained and rapid development trend.So to explore the advantages,conditions and opportunities are of great significance for the rational use of cultural tourism resources,promote the development of other industries,develop a new economic growth point and create a good social and economic benefits.This paper on the domestic and foreign literature research,select Tianshui for the research site,takes the Silk Road Economic Belt as the background and takes the five special cultural tourism resources in Tianshui as examples,then bases on the theory of tourism life cycle theory,sustainable development theory and SWOT analysis theory,and puts forward the theoretical structure of the article.And then,it bases on the current situation of rich cultural tourism resources but the imbalance of economic development inTianshui and combines the general situation of cultural tourism and the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Tianshui in recent years,it analysis the current situation and some problems of Tianshui.Research conclusions are as follows:The cultural tourism industry level is low and not yet formed a pluralistic model;the cultural tourism product is too single and has not strong competitiveness when compared with other regions along the Silk Road Economic Belt;The traffic facilities are weak and the tourist routes should be strengthened urgently;The management system is not perfect and lack of planning and development cooperation mechanism of unity.Finally,this paper accords to the advantages and development opportunities and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
