Study On New Urbanization Of Key Development Areas In Qinghai Province

According to the main functional area planning published by Qinghai Province in2014,the key development areas include the eastern part of key development regions and the Qaidam key development area which would take on the important mission of carrying the economic activities in the future socio-economic development of Qinghai Province.However,there are almost no dynamic evaluations of the carrying capacity level of the environment in the key development regions,which is not conducive to formulating comprehensive development strategies for the key development areas.Firstly,this paper combs the theory of eco-environment carrying capacity and the theory of new urbanization both at home and abroad,and determines the research object,research method and research ideas.Secondly,it introduces the development of key development area in Qinghai Province,including two parts.Firstly,it summarizes the situation of key development areas in Qinghai Province,and then compares the development of key development areas in Qinghai Province with the development situation of Qinghai Province and the whole country.In order to have a more intuitive understanding of key development area in Qinghai Province.Then,based on the view of researching new urbanization by eco-environment carrying capacity,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new urbanization of key development regions in Qinghai Province.from three aspects,namely population urbanization,resource urbanization and environmental urbanization.Thirdly,the regional time series and the regional cross-section sequence are used to evaluate the new urbanization level of key development areas in Qinghai Province by principal component analysis,state space method and entropy method respectively.through the information hidden in the quantitative analysis,we find out the factors that restrict the development of new urbanization in key development areas of Qinghai Province.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the healthy development of new urbanization of key development area in Qinghai province.
