Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urban Capacity In Hebei Proince

That the increase of population,the deterioration of the environment,the shortage of resources and the development of sustainable have became concerned problems.In a certain time scale,the relationship between people and land is the capacity that can carry the scale of population and social economy,which resources and the environment is the primary basis of the region.As people are widely concerned about their social and economic activities of human damage to the ecology and the waste of resources,It has become one of the main research directions to measure the size of a region carrying capacity in the field of human relations.Based on the research experiences and the theories such as the area of human and earth system theory,sustainable development theory,scientific system theory and short board theory,this paper use state space method to construct the concept model of urban carrying capacity evaluation and the concept of vector design evaluation index system to evaluate Urban Carrying Capacity.This paper first evaluated the urban carrying capacity of 11 city of Hebei Province.The result showed that Hengshui,Xingtai and Handan belong to severe overload state,Cangzhou,Langfang,Zhangjiakou,Tangshan,Chengde and Baoding are mild overload and Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao belong to the state of load.On this basis,this paper use principal component analysis to find out the factors affecting the improvement of the bearing capacity of cities.At last,the paper evaluate the regional carrying capacity of Hebei Province from 2004 to 2013 and analyze its dynamic changes.According to the results of calculation and analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban carrying capacity from the aspects of resources,environment,science and technology,economy and infrastructure.
