Currently,under the background of increasingly deepening globalization trend,the role of enterprise culture is more and more important,especially for those enterprises in intensely competitive industry.Enterprise culture can improve the core competitiveness of enterprise and differentiate similar competitive enterprise to stand out of market competition with building enterprise culture system to match market quality requirements.Therefore,for our country's enterprises,especially for some new enterprises,enterprise culture construction is very necessary,it is the essential means to further improve the core competitiveness of enterprise under the background of implementing scientific management.This paper studied the enterprise culture construction of Jiangxi publishing group.The first chapter introduces the selected topic background,research significance,research methods and thesis framework.The second chapter overviews related theory of enterprise culture.The third chapter summarizes the present status of Jiangxi publishing group,including particularly analyzing its development history and situation of enterprise culture in the future.In the fourth chapter is the empirical part,first of all,it is the methods of study on design,including the introduction of Denison enterprise culture measurement model,in combination with the practical situation of Jiangxi publishing group to content the introduction of measurement model.And then it is the relative measurement of small sample test,through the inspection of reliability validity find that correction content is available,the content of questionnaire design is credible to expand the number of questionnaires again.Finally make the data processing of the questionnaire,including factor analysis,the refining common factor of Jiangxi publishing group enterprise culture,and calculating the common factor score formula through statistical software,through the calculation formula to calculate the common factor score.Through the study found that there is a prominent problem in the construction of jiangxi publishing group enterprise culture,namely the employee identification of core values,cognitive problems.Two important aspects,which may lead to produce problems of group enterprise culture,include enterprise organization,security dimensions and target dimension.According to the outstanding problems,important aspects,the article finally puts forward the countermeasures in view of the problems and optimization scheme for group enterprise culture,project countermeasures is based on the preliminary structure components of Jiangxi publishing group enterprise culture in the study.Innovation of this article lies in the Denison model was introduced to the specific enterprise to be analyzed in practice,which formed a set of relative quantitative analysis method of enterprise culture,hoping to provide certain reference for the theory and practice of enterprise.
