Deviation Identification And Control Research Of Contract Management In Railway Construction Projects

With the rapid development of national economy in China these years,construction projects have showed vigorous development trend.Under this background,the construction enterprises have won broad market prospect,but they are also faced with fierce market competition.How to improve project management level and to win the biggest economic benefits,has become one of the inevitable problems for construction enterprises.Among them,to strengthen the contract management is of great importance.This is not only the need to improve the level of enterprise management,but also an inevitable choice for construction enterprises to cope with the market competition.Contract management is a comprehensive work,with different areas and departments being involved in contract issues.Among them,the financial revenues and expenditures enjoy hub status,as all project activities being reflected in the financial data.Through the financial data,all the project activities can be clear at a glance,including matters,personnel,quantity,and they can be performed to corresponding quality and technical level.On the basis of summary introduction to the development of construction project contract management both at home and abroad,domestic contracts found the shortage of the management in the implementation of the contract management consciousness and management work,this paper introduces the basic theory of contract management,clarifies the need to use of planning,organizing,leading and infection control management mode,emphasizes that the core of the construction project contract management is a dynamic control,the core of which is deviation identification.Taking contract management as the gripper and on the basis of the theory of control,this paper discovers that identification and deviation analysis should strengthen the management of each link and use financial data discovery and deviation analysis,using the development of the financial data observed deviations and their response to effect,and to regard the financial data as a barometer of contract variation.This paper,combined with long-term project management experience and being on the basis of the theory of contract management and project management,explores the financial revenues and expenditures data deviation identification and control in contract management measures,in order to bring some benefits to the contract management of railway construction project in theory and practice.
