Research On The Cultivation Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Talents From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

In the increasingly globalized and complicated development of higher education,universities and enterprises,governments and other innovative subjects need to innovate and cultivate talents with entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability."Public entrepreneurship,innovation" become China's national strategy,It set off a nationwide wave of entrepreneurship from the central to the local promulgated a series of preferential policies to support entrepreneurship.To promote public entrepreneurship,innovation,It is to cultivate and spawn new economic and social development of the inevitable choice.With China's resources and environmental constraints become increasingly strengthened,the factor size of the driving force gradually weakened,the traditional high investment and high consumption development can not sustained,economic development into the new normal,need to drive from the factors,investment-driven to innovation-driven,entrepreneurial talent training has become very important.This paper summarizes the research on the talent cultivation mode,the collaborative innovation and cultivates the entrepreneurial talents,the personnel training mechanism and the performance research.On the basis of the theory of collaborative innovation,the triple helix theory,the system theory and the game theory,This paper constructs the structural model of the entrepreneurial talent cultivation system,and analyzes the main game of the entrepreneurial talents,and the game results show that the cooperation between the cultivating subjects is the most favorable choice for the parties.In the process of cooperation,the relationship between the training subject and the entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial talents is studied,and the cooperative training mechanism and entrepreneurial performance are studied empirically.The relationship model of cooperative training mechanism and entrepreneurial performance is established to participate in the students' object data collection and analysis,empirical test concluded that the impact of entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial performance of large,national policy support and industry co-cultivation impact,but the organic coupling is the key to the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.And then use the idea of system theory to start the system of entrepreneurial personnel training mechanism to start the system dynamics analysis,to achieve the entrepreneurial talents to cultivate,entrepreneurial personnel training system within the various subsystems to be organic with.Finally,It puts forward the perfection strategy of the mechanism of cultivating entrepreneurial talents,and puts forward the perfection strategy of the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurial talents from the four aspects of perfecting the national policy guarantee mechanism,improving the level of the entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities,perfecting the mechanism of industrial co-cultivation and stimulating the individual driving ability.
