Study On The Transfer Of Korean Nationality Rural Labor Force In Yanbian

Since China's reform and opening up,the large-scale social mobility has changed the population pattern of Chinese society,the transfer of rural labor force.On the one hand,in order to increase economic income,improve their social status,to provide a better living environment for their families,on the other hand,it can enhance the strength of the economic development of the town,and cultivate new growth points for the development of rural economy.But the transfer of rural labor force is a "double-edged sword",especially the social problems due to the disordered output and the weak legal consciousness disorder in during the transfer process caused social problems,the left-behind elderly and children after the transfer of rural labor force,and issue of the national cultural heritage generated,they all will make the transfer of rural labor in trouble,these risks and costs are difficult to to avoid.The paper takes a pure Korean Village in Yanbian--rural labor of Hongqi village as an example,and makes the transfer of Korean rural labor force as the main line.According to the theory of social mobility and others in sociology,use literature research,fieldwork and other major methods to analyze the problems and causes which are generated in the transfer process,and put forward solutions and advises.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part includes the preface,mainly explains the research background and significance,introduces the main research contents and methods,it reviews relevant research both at home and abroad,and finally the theoretical basis and the related concepts of this study were defined.The second part includes the second chapter,mainly introduces the general situation of Yanbian Korean labor transfer from the two aspects,output status and leading feature.its main characteristics are as following: the Large proportion of export population,the output mode simply and the output country singly.The third part includes Chapter ?,and ? ?.The Chapter ? mainly analyzes the general situation of Hongqi village,through the relevant data,from the main flow direction,occupational distribution and the living condition to expound the base situation of labor transfer in Hongqi village,affirms their acquired.The Chapter discusses the problems? in the transfer process of Hongqi village,the disordered migrant workers and their legitimate rights are infringed,the elderly and children lack good care and part of Korean villages gradually disappear,at the same time,from the policy,the economy,the labor and nation to analyze the cause of the problem.The Chapter?mainly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems during the process of labor transfer,including strengthening the training of the profession,managing the labor market information and broadening the employ channels.
