Project feasibility study is for investors in the decision before the preliminary development plans for implementation of the project,through the analysis of project related policies,technology,efficiency,risk factors,comparison of different development schemes,and then determine the proposed investment project is technically feasible,benefit is considerable development,the risk is controllable,in order to provide reference for the decision-making of investors.The introduction and strengthening of project feasibility study can make the project decision-making more scientific,reasonable and accurate,reduce and reduce the project decision-making errors before making the decision of whether or not to build the project.According to the project feasibility study of the related theoretical basis,from the relevant results and data at home and abroad,the investigation and analysis of Longyan City real estate market situation and development trend,the feasibility study on the development plan of Longyan kingtimes residential real estate projects,in order to benefit the project investors to make scientific decision,to achieve maximum benefit of project development.The main contents include: first,explains the research background,basic system construction feasibility study of real estate development project,and introduces the basic situation and development plan of Kim Teng residential development projects;secondly,analysis of the project region investment environment and market demand analysis to competitive advantage;thirdly,according to the development plan of the estimated total investment and the sales income,calculation of relevant financial indicators,evaluation of financial and economic benefits;finally,analysis of possible risks in the process of project development,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and avoid risk prevention.The research shows that,after nearly two years of commercial housing inventory to the adjustment of the real estate market in Longyan city has shown a good development trend,with strong market competitiveness,Kim Teng residential realestate development projects in the surrounding area of the real estate project expected economic benefit,anti risk ability,the whole project is feasible.
