With the development of the socialist market economy and push forward reform and opening up process,performance management as an important part of human resource management,enterprise human resources management level of ascension and productivity,and so on play a crucial role in promoting.This article adopts the method of case study to xiamen,grain purchase and sale of the company's employees as the research object,using the theory of performance management related,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of theory analysis,analysis of company performance management present situation,points out the exist of performance management,performance indicators is not scientific meeting become a mere formality,performance communication,performance result applied three major problems such as unreasonable.Paper standard for staff positions,responsibilities,characteristics,etc detailed analysis,introduces methods of KPI,optimizing corporate performance management,put forward the results of performance appraisal and salary,benefits,recommendation PingXian and career development,to further strengthen the application of performance result feedback and improvement measures,make the performance management more in line with the characteristics of the operation staff,more scientific and systematic.In this paper,the xiamen city food marketing company performance management scheme optimization research,analyzes the xiamen city food marketing company performance management organization structure,process steps,use the balanced scorecard theory,such as performance improvement and adjustment of performance appraisal evaluation index,reset the performance appraisal evaluation standard,by improving the xiamen food sales company performance evaluation of the specific steps,establishing corporate performance communication mechanism,enhance corporate performance result applied,so as to improve performance management efficiency and effectiveness.Performance management for food enterprises,have certain reference value for reference.
